What does the lifetime warranty cover?
It covers defects in materials or workmanship for the life of the product. It doesn’t cover accidents, misuse, or modifications.
What if my item is defective or damaged?
If your item arrived defective, please file a warranty claim at rhino123.com. Once verified, we’ll send you a replacement immediately.
How do I file a warranty claim?
Go to www.rhino123.com to submit your warranty claim. We will need information including order number, description of the issue, and a photo/video showing the defect(s).
How long does it take to process a warranty claim?
Most claims are reviewed within 2-4 business days. Once approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items in NEW condition—meaning unused, unaltered, and free from signs of wear. Returns that don’t meet these standards won’t be accepted. View our full return policy here.

Refunds are issued after your return is received and inspected. Please allow a few business days for processing once your item is delivered to us.
